Guacamole is probably one of the easiest dips to make ever and can be eaten with almost anything in my opinion.  I love to make a batch of guac for the week to eat with crackers, on sandwiches and sneak into my meals.
There are so many ways to make guacamole and it really just comes down to what flavors you like to dominate your guacamole.  Below is how I like to make mine!

What you need:
2 avocados
1/2 a tomato, chopped
1/4 of a red onion, diced
1/2 of a jalepeno
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1 lime
Salt & pepper

1.  In a bowl, pit your avocados and smash down with a fork.

2. Chop up your red onions, tomatoes, and jalepeno.  Add to the avocado.

3.  Season the avocado mixture with salt & pepper and squeeze the juice of the lime into it as well.

4.  Top with chopped cilantro and mix fully.  Mix more or less depending on whether or not you like your guacamole chunky or smooth!

*The key to a killer guac is to taste it the entire time and make sure it is perfectly seasoned for your taste.  (More or less lime or salt usually does the trick).
