Steak Fajita Salad

Iceberg lettuce; chopped
Purple or green cabbage; thinly sliced
Cilantro; chopped
1 can of corn; drained
1 can of black beans; drained
Tomatoes; diced
Avocado; cubed
Shredded Jack Cheese
Crumbled tortilla chips
Sirloin steak
Salt & pepper
1/3 cup of crushed tortilla chips
2 tbsp Adobo seasoning

3 tbsp Ranch dressing
1/2 tsp chipotle spice
1/2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Sprinkle salt, pepper & Adobo on both sides of your steak.
Sear in a pan (high heat) with a tbsp of butter for about 5-7 minutes on either side.
When the steak is done, let rest for 10 minutes &then slice!

Put all other ingredients in your bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the ranch, chipotle & BBQ sauce.

Place the steak on top of the salad &drizzle dressing.
