Turkey Chili

1/2 lb ground turkey meat
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 small yellow onion; diced
1/2 red onion; diced
1 packet McCormick’s Chili Seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 a jalapeno; diced; optional

Optional Topping
Red onion; diced
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Cilantro; chopped

In a medium sized pot,  heat up your olive oil and once it is warm add your turkey meat.
Add the onions & cook until the onions are glossy.
Add the chili seasoning, salt, pepper, & paprika and heat until fragrant and well incorporated.
Add your tomatoes & beans.
Cover & let simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add your chili to a bowl.
Top with all or any toppings that are preferred.
