Italian Bread; Sliced
Bacon; about 3 pieces per sandwich
Little gem lettuce; about 3 leaves per sandwich
1 medium sized tomato; thinly sliced
1/3 cup of Kewpie Mayonnaise
1 tsp Sriracha
1 tsp butter
1/2 a lemon; juiced
Salt & Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375F.
On a tin foil lined baking sheet, lay your bacon down & sprinkle with black pepper.
On another tin foil lined baking sheet, lay your bread, inside up, & bread with butter.
Cook bacon until crispy (about 15 minutes) & bread until lightly toasted (about 8-10 minutes).
In a small bowl mix together your avocado, lemon juice & salt until fully blended, set aside.
In another small bowl, whisk your Kewpie mayo & Sriracha together until well incorporated.
(Add more or less Sriracha depending on how spicy you want it).
Put a layer of spicy mayo & smashed avocado on both sides of your bread.
Then layer the bacon (folding each piece in half), tomato slices, & lettuce.
Put the sandwich together, slice in half & enjoy.
