Single serving loaf of Italian bread
Enough pesto to cover each slice
1/3 yellow onion; sliced super thin
1/2 tomato; sliced super thin
3 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 chicken breast; pounded thin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper
Cover your chicken in all the above spices.
Cook on your George Foreman grill (or in a pan) for about 5 minutes on each side.
Cut your Italian loaf in half & cover both sides with pesto sauce.
Then comes your chicken, tomatoes, onions, & mozzarella.
Cut your panini in half & press in your George Foreman until crispy on top & well pressed.
