Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 lb of wings
1 spring onion; thinly sliced for garnish
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
Salt & pepper

Wings
Preheat oven to 400F.
Rinse your wings & pat dry with a paper towel.
Make sure they are dry- it will help the skin get crispy!
Mix all you spices together in a bowl.
Dip the wings in the spice rub & place on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping them half way through.
Turn up the heat to 450F.
Bring the wings to the upper rack & cook for another 15 minutes until crispy.

Assemble
Once cooked, sprinkle with spring onions & serve.
