1 box of vanilla cake mix (& everything you need for it)
1 container cream cheese frosting
3 cups strawberry jam
Cook cupcakes according to the box.
Let cool completely.
Once cooled, with a straw or the back of a wooden spoon, make a hole in the cupcake but do not poke the hole fully through.
Put your jam in a plastic baggie.
Cut the corner of the bag off.
Pipe jam into the holes of the cupcakes.
Spoon your cream cheese frosting into a large baggie.
Cut the corner off the bag.
Pipe the frosting onto the jam-filled cup cake in a swirly design.
Cover with rainbow sprinkles.
