Baked Chicken Meatballs



1 package of ground chicken

1/2 cup of Panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

3 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp of ground mustard powder


Preheat the oven to 400F.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.

Form into 1 inch balls creating about 24-30 small meatballs placing them on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping half way between.


Serve with pasta or as an appetizer with some tomato sauce.  (Great for meal prep!)
